How it's processed and stored

Contact form submissions are processed by our form provider and delivered to our Google Workspace email. Scheduling is handled by our booking provider. These providers process your data only to deliver those services to us. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to serve you or as required by law.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers named above, or where required by law.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@saltquill.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use privacy-focused analytics services to understand how visitors use this site — including anonymised, click-by-click interaction data such as scrolling and clicks — so we can keep improving it.
