What we build
Mobile and cross-platform applications for iOS and Android, built with modern frameworks so one codebase serves both stores without compromising feel. Whether it's a customer-facing product, an internal tool your team runs on, or the first version of a startup idea, we scope for the essential and build for what comes after.
- iOS & Android from a single codebase
- Product scoping & UX design included
- Backends, APIs & admin dashboards
- App Store & Google Play submission handled
- Analytics and crash reporting from day one
- Post-launch support and iteration
How an engagement runs
Every app begins with a scoping exercise: what the first version must do, what it deliberately won't, and what that costs — in writing, before work begins. We design in your feedback loop, ship testable builds early, and handle the store submissions that trip up first-time founders. You own the code and the accounts; we remain available for the versions that follow.
Who we work with
Founders taking a first product to market, and established businesses across the UK and US replacing spreadsheets and manual processes with something their team actually enjoys using. If an app is the wrong answer for your problem, we will say so in the first conversation.
Common questions
How much does it cost to develop an app?
It depends entirely on scope, which is why we begin with a scoping conversation and quote a fixed fee for a defined first version. A focused single-purpose app is a fraction of the cost of a marketplace with payments and user accounts. You will know the full figure before committing.
How long does app development take?
A well-scoped first version typically takes six to twelve weeks from agreed scope to store submission. We ship testable builds throughout, so you see real progress within the first weeks rather than at the end.
Do you build for both iPhone and Android?
Yes — we build cross-platform, so a single codebase serves both iOS and Android. This roughly halves the long-term cost of ownership compared with maintaining two separate native apps, without a meaningful compromise for most business applications.
Who owns the code and the app store accounts?
You do, entirely. The code lives in a repository you control, and the App Store and Google Play accounts are registered to your business. There is no lock-in — any competent team could pick up where we leave off, though we intend to give you no reason to want that.
Can you take over or rescue an existing app?
Often, yes. We start with a paid technical review of the existing codebase, then give you an honest recommendation — continue, refactor, or rebuild — with the reasoning and costs of each path.
