What we automate
We are deliberately practical about AI. No moonshots, no chatbots for their own sake — we target the repetitive, rule-bound work that consumes your team's week, and automate it with the reliability of traditional software and the judgement of modern AI where it genuinely helps.
- Reporting that writes and sends itself
- Data entry between systems that don't talk
- Inbox triage, drafting & follow-up sequences
- Document processing — invoices, forms, contracts
- Lead capture, enrichment & CRM hygiene
- Scheduling, reminders & internal hand-offs
How an engagement runs
We begin with a short audit of how work actually flows through your business — usually a week of light observation and a few conversations. You receive a written map of what can be automated, what it will save, and what it costs, ranked by return. We then build in order of value, test against real cases, and hand over documentation your team can actually follow.
Who we work with
Small and mid-sized businesses across the UK and US — teams drowning in admin, founders doing evening spreadsheet work that a system should do, and operations leads who know something is inefficient but need a second pair of eyes to name it. The best candidates are processes you repeat weekly and could describe as rules.
Common questions
What business tasks can actually be automated with AI?
The honest test: if you can describe the task as rules with occasional judgement calls — copying data between systems, assembling the same weekly report, triaging an inbox, chasing invoices, processing standard documents — it is a strong candidate. Work requiring genuine relationships or novel judgement is not, and we will tell you which is which.
How many hours can automation realistically save?
Teams we work with typically reclaim ten or more hours a week across a handful of automations, though it depends on how much rule-bound repetition your business carries. The audit we run at the start puts a concrete number on it before you spend anything on building.
Is our business data safe when you build AI automation?
We treat data handling as part of the engineering, not an afterthought — least-access credentials, no data retained by third-party AI providers where the platform allows it, and a written note of exactly what flows where. For UK businesses we build with GDPR obligations in mind from the design stage.
What happens if an automation breaks or makes a mistake?
Every automation we ship includes error handling, logging, and an alert when something needs a human — silent failure is the one thing we design against hardest. High-stakes steps keep a human approval in the loop by default, and we remain available after handover.
Do we need technical staff to use what you build?
No. We build for teams without engineers: plain documentation, sensible alerts, and automations that run without babysitting. Where a tool needs operating, we record a short walkthrough as part of handover.
